How to Use

Can be used as a dipping sauce, food dressing, or as a marinade for baked or grilled foods.

Can be eaten straight from the bottle. Try it with salmon, chicken, tofu or veggies, even pour on rice!

HOW TO PREPARE JERK CHICKEN

Oven directions:

Leave skin on. This keeps it moist and tender.

1. Add a few spoonfuls of lemon juice or vinegar to water, halfway filling a container.

2. Wash chicken thoroughly in this mixture and drain well.

3. Season chicken with a little garlic powder and seasoning salt.

4. Pour My Father’s Place jerk sauce on top of chicken and mix properly.

5. Cover and marinade in refrigerator overnight (or up to 3 days).

6. Pour the entire thing into a baking pan and cover with foil.

7. Bake in oven skin-side up for 30 min. at 350 degrees.

8. Remove foil and drain liquid from the pan. Cook either on low broil or bake at 400 degrees until brown. Turn once or twice. Can also be grilled.

Cooking time will vary according to oven and meat size, etc. Turn once or twice for even cooking.

Directions for jerk pork are forthcoming but they are similar to the above.
